In shop – if you want to visit our local shop, we will gladly see you at our shop address Aleksandra Čaka 54, Riga. All goods you see in our online store can be purchased in physical shop (unless stated otherwise). Please pay attention to working hours of Taktika.lv shop Online – complete checkout form (with or withour registration). Make secure payment using credit card or online bank payment. When choosing “An invoice by Bank transfer” you will receive an invoice and you can make bank transfer accordingly. Proforma invoice must be paid within 3 days of purchase. Paid order is dispatched/shipped the same or the next day. Orders are processed on business days from 8:00-16:30 All prices include VAT (21%). |

Returns and product exchange policy |
If you wish to exchange model, size or return the ordered goods, you can do so within 14 days from the date of delivery. In the case of return, the customer is responsible for the return costs involved, we will send out the exchange item and cover the costs involved. Before returning the goods, please contact us at +371 26035765 or info@taktika.lv to discuss the matter and to check together the size or the unsuitability of the goods, as well as the availability of the exchange product. Please feel free to use the return methods below. The item must be in its original packaging and unused. Depending on the size of the parcel, you can return the goods to our shop or to the Omniva parcel locker listed below

Warranty |
All products are covered by a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase. During this time period, the damaged part will be exchanged for a new one or fixed (upon agreement). In the event when it is not possible to repair or replace the product, the purchased product is exchanged for an equivalent product. Repair, product or parts exchange applies to products that are found to be defective in workmanship or materials.
