In shop – if you want to visit our local shop, we will gladly see you at our shop address Aleksandra Čaka 54, Riga. All goods you see in our online store can be purchased in physical shop (unless stated otherwise). Please pay attention to working hours of Taktika.lv shop

Online – complete checkout form (with or withour registration). Make secure payment using credit card or online bank payment. When choosing “An invoice by Bank transfer” you will receive an invoice and you can make bank transfer accordingly. Proforma invoice must be paid within 3 days of purchase. Paid order is dispatched/shipped the same or the next day. Orders are processed on business days from 8:00-16:30

Delivery by courier    
Delivery of your order by courier is carried out by "Latvijas Pasts Eksprespasts" and delivered next business day *.  
The order is delivered to the address specified on working days from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (later delivery is possible upon agreement with the courier)

Delivery to the post office branch    
Delivery of your order by courier is carried out by "Latvijas Pasts Eksprespasts" and delivered to your local address post office branch next business day *. Notification of the delivery to post office branch is sent via e-mail and SMS to the phone number you specified. The parcel is stored at the post office for 10 days.

OMNIVA parcel locker  
Delivery service is provided by OMNIVA and order is delivered to parcel locker specified in your order. Shipment is delivered to your parcel locker next business day *. Notification of the delivery is sent to the phone number and e-mail address you specified. The shipment is stored in the OMNIVA parcel locker for 7 days and can be collected 24/7.

International delivery    
Delivery is carried out by "Latvijas Pasts Eksprespasts" (Express Mail Service) or OMNIVA (Lithuania and Estonia). The average delivery time for EMS shipments is from 4-10 working days.

* Next day delivery is valid on business days and for orders placed before 13:00 on business days. Orders placed later are processed on the next business day. Next day delivery is subject to "Available instantly" products.

If you wish to exchange model, size or return the ordered goods, you can do so within 14 days from the date of delivery. In the case of return, the customer is responsible for the return costs involved, we will send out the exchange item and cover the costs involved. Before returning the goods, please contact us at +371 26035765 or info@taktika.lv to discuss the matter and to check together the size or the unsuitability of the goods, as well as the availability of the exchange product. Please feel free to use the return methods below. The item must be in its original packaging and unused.

Depending on the size of the parcel, you can return the goods to our shop or to the Omniva parcel locker listed below

1. Taktika.lv shop at A.Čaka street 54, LV-1011, Riga. Please use if the parcel is too large to be placed in the parcel locker. Returns must be made during shop working hours with delivery to shop.
2. OMNIVA Rīgas Stabu ielas 24 parcel locker (phone number 26035765). If you received the parcel OMNIVA or Latvijas Pasts parcel locker.
