Dial 911 barends are protective inserts for scooter handlebars. These end barends are compatible with all steel and titanium bars with bar horns 17-19mm inside diameter, as well as Ethic brand aluminium handlebars (~19mm inside diameter).

Barends are not only necessary to protect the handlebar and grips from damage, but also to protect you from serious injury in case of falling on the handlebar. The plastic barend caps are medium hardness to prevent cracking on first impacts and hard enough to have good abrasion resistance.
