Description

The NEXT of inline skates is renowned for their urban performance. In fact, they’ve rewritten what a high-performance urban freeride skate really is and now they have a liner to call their very own: it’s the MYFIT Reaction Dual Fit Liner. Developed specifically for NEXT skates, the Reaction Dual Fit liner has reduced volume to offer more space inside your NEXT skate, giving your foot room to breathe and move. The liner has a dual-layer construction and features a soft layer of memory foam that provides extra cushioning that you'll appreciate, especially during long, intense skate sessions. The upper portion of the MYFIT Reaction Dual Fit liner is made of durable PU leather paired with elastane in the midsection and stretchy SBR for the toes, which, when combined, give you unmatched comfort and cushioning. To keep your foot ventilated, the liner has a perforated tongue made of cast polyurethane that provides cooling airflow. We all know the wear and tear that comes with urban inline skating. Skate as hard and as long as you like, the MYFIT Reaction Dual Fit liner has PU leather patches on the inside and outside to protect the liner from any hardware damage. Of course, when you’re landing big gaps and getting big air, a cushioned landing is important. The MYFIT Reaction liner has you covered with an integrated shock absorber that’s also replaceable. This is a liner that you can easily customize. Additional attached loops on the upper portion give NEXT skates multiple lacing options, can even be heat-molded at 90° to give you the perfect fit every time.

Often overlooked, liners can provide superior qualities to your skate, they can improve the fit, increase responsiveness, add more support, and of course, make you skate more comfortable.

HEAT MOLDING technology. Heat up boots and adjust them! MYFIT logo on your skates means you can heat mold them and shape to foot. How can I heat mold them?

  1. Pre-heat electric oven to 80°C;
  2. Remove liners and insoles from skates;
  3. Carefully put both liners (without insoles) in the oven and heat them for 10 minutes (make sure they do not fall on sides or touch oven heating elements);
  4. Remove liners from the oven (use gloves), insert insoles, put back in the skates and tighten skates on your feet as usual;
  5. Let them cool while standing in the skating position (knees little bent leaning towards toes);
  6. When liners are cooled off, skates are ready to use;
  7. Process can be repeated as many times necessary to achieve desired result.

In the process of heating special thermo forming liner materials become soft and puffy. When cooling they stay firm and copy shape of your foot. This is done to achieve maximum comfort, relieve possible pressure points and maximize overall performance. Is heat molding MYFIT liners mandatory? Not at all, because most skaters find them comfortable right out of the box. Also, while skating, they adapt to your feet from natural body temperature!

ImagemDUAL FIT technology. Liner that stretches and fits two sizes of feet. The shells of hardboot skates will always cover two sizes no matter which brand you take. So why not use a liner which sufficiently covers two sizes, instead of two single size liners where the smaller size liner comes with thicker padding to fit up the shell? The toe part of a Dual Fit liner is made of 4-way stretchable SBR material which expands and provides a snug comfortable fit and enhances performance. This allowing us to cater to for sizes with a single liner.
