NKD Shadow transparent scooter hand grips

The NKD Shadow scooter hand grips are made of soft but durable rubber, including a unique bar ends. The NKD Shadow grips provides a soft and comfortable grip as it is designed with many grooves. They give you a good grip and increased safety when performing your tricks. The length of the Shadow grips is 160 mm and they will fit all stunt scooters. In the package, there are two hand grips (pair )and two bar end plugs, so they are ready to use right away.

Tips on hand grips:

• Hand grips are parts that wears and should be changed regularly.
• Some models are made of very soft material and need to be changed more often than others. NKD Shadow grips are made of soft material which gives you more comfort, where NKD Diamond grips are medium hard.
• You can cut the grips to custom length (if needed) with scissors or use the scissors to remove the old ones.
• Barends, the pieces that sit at the end do not fit all scooter bars. These are compatible with steel and titanium but won't fit regular aluminium bars, due to it's wall thickness, however, you can reduce barend thickness by cutting it down and fit it on aluminum bars. We always recommended riding your scooter with barends due to rider safety reasons and it also extends the life of the bar.

Tips for fitting scooter hand grips:

• Spray some liquid under the handles and on the bar (water, dish soap or hairspray). Fit new hand grips and let it dry!
• Twist the grips from side to side and pull it off. Used/removed grips are possible to reuse, but otherwise cut them off with scissors.
• Do you have an air compressor? Use it to create a layer of air fitting area of grips, it will slide on immediately.
• We have found that fitting scooter hand grips with a little help of window cleaner also works.
